These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 1apiso platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers. By using 1apiso, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
1apiso operates under a valid licence from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. All terms herein are consistent with PAGCOR's regulatory requirements for online gaming operators serving Filipino players.
Access to 1apiso is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years or older. This is a PAGCOR-mandated legal requirement and a non-negotiable condition of account registration. Underage accounts are terminated immediately upon discovery.

By accessing the 1apiso Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 1apiso Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or bonus terms published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Player and the Company. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, the Company will provide reasonable notice to registered Players. Continued use of 1apiso following notification of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.
Access to 1apiso is restricted exclusively to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming in the Philippines. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.
Underage access is strictly prohibited. The Company employs age verification procedures at registration and during KYC reviews. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately terminated, all funds will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory guidance, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
1apiso is operated and licensed in the Philippines. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 1apiso is lawful in their jurisdiction. The Company makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) 1apiso account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.
Employees of the Company, its affiliates, technology providers, game suppliers, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to register or maintain a 1apiso account.
To use the 1apiso Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other details requested during the registration process.
In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, 1apiso may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds or when triggered by compliance monitoring systems.

The Company will use reasonable efforts to complete KYC verification within twenty-four (24) business hours of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawals requested during the KYC review period may be placed on hold until verification is completed.
The Company reserves the right to limit account functionality — including restricting deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals — pending completion of KYC verification.
All deposits to a 1apiso account must be made by the registered account holder using a payment method registered in that Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 1apiso accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless the Company's compliance team approves an alternative arrangement. The Company reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal.
The Company reserves the right to delay, hold, or reject any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms. Players will be notified of any such hold and given the opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.
An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wager). 1apiso may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the account. Players will be notified before dormancy fees are applied.
All Games available on 1apiso use certified random number generation (RNG) systems for RNG-based titles, or genuine live dealer broadcasts for live casino products. The outcomes of all games are determined fairly and in accordance with the published rules of each game.
1apiso may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion.
Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinated play with other Players to reduce risk, or exploiting an error in bonus calculation — constitutes a breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds, void derived winnings, and suspend accounts involved in bonus abuse.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance will be held in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 1apiso support team. Outstanding balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial online gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit Players to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the Company's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, the Company's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the 1apiso Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction outside the Company's reasonable control, or losses arising from a Player's breach of these Terms.
The Platform is provided "as is" with no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may temporarily affect access to the Platform or specific Games. The Company will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and notify Players of planned maintenance in advance.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data provided by Players is governed by the 1apiso Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. The Privacy Policy is accessible at /privacy-policy.
By registering and using 1apiso, Players consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by the rules and regulations of PAGCOR and, where applicable, the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
Players agree that any claim must be brought in their individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
